Service was excellent and polite. Bedroom was large, clean and spotless. Bed was very comfortable (medium softness bed). Shower and WC facilities good. The only negative was no handrails in the bath which, when taking shower, I feel is really important. Breakfast was fabulous and again the team were wonderful so overall for a 3 star this is a great hotel. Location wise it serves a purpose of being fairly close to Ipswich and the new industrial site being built and halfway ish between Norwich and London

We stayed at this hotel last year for a work trip in Framlingham and was pleasantly surprised to see the lovely receptionist Marina there to greet us. This lady is a credit to the company. The same smiling, welcoming 'will do anything to help you' attitude from her was still present on this recent visit. She is wondeful! The manager (sorry, cant remeber his name) was also lovely. He remembered us from our last visit. These little things mean a lot. We'll definitely be booking again next year! xx

Friendly prompt service from all staff especially Lucie who found us alternative room due to our disability issues and Frank both went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The Ala Carte meal ( Posh Nosh) was exceptional and on par with any 5* Restaurant very reasonably priced. The conservatory and dining room were very comfortable and had good atmosphere. The Dining room staff were polite and attentive but never pushy and were happy to serve us in the conservatory.

From the help we had from the staff member when booking, the friendly welcome we were made to feel at home immediately. The room was comfortable and well appointed and clean. Both the evening meals and breakfasts were a step above the norm too. Eat here and not the pub opposite! Best of all were the staff, they really made our weekend. Thank you to Donna and Marina. And the bar serves good Adnams and Camden beers! Good value too.

The room was really nice with plenty of space for 2 people. A very comfortable bed with soft linens. Cleaned to a very high standard too with daily housekeeping if we wanted it. Breakfast was plentiful and very nicely cooked with continental too if you desired. Really well presented and tasty!
